We hired the BG Moving team for our recent move and we are so happy we did! From the beginning the team was very professional and did a thorough walk through of the home to understand the job at hand. On moving day they showed up early to ensure they were getting started on time and all our items were handled with care. Shane was also very accommodating on schedule as we were also balancing a toddler and a dog during the move and it was important for us to be moved in before dinner and bed time. I needed to move from a high-rise condo in downtown Toronto to a house in another city last October. Katie, Shane, and the BG Moving Corp team were awesome! Great with communication and scheduling. All our furniture and items were treated carefully, and well-protected for transport. A big "thank you" to the BG Moving Corp team! I would easily recommend their services and would look to use them again for any future moving needs.
Shane and Dave made my 24 + hr move to Thunder Bay from Kitchener extremely stress free! They just seemed to love what they do and did it well. Moving all the boxes and furniture from a 7th floor condo into their newly wrapped truck like it was EASY. They took great care with everything too. I would highly recommend BG Moving co !! I thought I'd adjusted to leaving Kitchener behind. Now my only regret is that I'll probably not be able to use them again. Good luck guys!

Big Guy Moving Co/BG Moving has been consistently outstanding! They have moved several Residents into Chartwell Queen’s Square Retirement Residence and have become a preferred referral for the home. They are professional, well mannered and dependable. They have impressed our staff by their communication and asking each move if there are any special requests or things they need to be aware of. They have followed all Covid protocols. We see their employees go out of their way to be extra respectful to all our residents & staff, not just their clients. They recently helped us rearrange furniture in our respite and model suites. They were completely flexible with changes during this project. I have seen many movers come through our residence. I highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Shane and his team of movers. They are friendly, competent, careful, punctual, strong, efficient, willing and kind. I was helping my mother from a distance to declutter and they loaded up everything we needed removed, even spending time to pack the contents of a few bookcases (in anticipation of a move) before taking away the furniture item we no longer needed. My mother found them to be very polite and calmly capable. She was impressed at how quickly and effectively they worked. Thank you for reducing our stress.

Best service! Guys were on time, very efficient, and careful with fragile things. They even completed everything faster then I expected. Their quote was not the cheapest, but they were very receptive to adjusting it based on our needs. It ended up being totally within reasonable range and with fantastic service.
